Refund policy
If you received an item and wish to return it for any reason, please inform Humans Bali Brend Store in writing within 14 days for online purchases only. We will offer you to fill the RETURN FORM and send it to email: humansbrend@gmail.com
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to Humans Bali Brend Store undamaged.
Please note, we don’t accept returns for women’s swim bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, lingerie items, earrings (jewelry sets including earrings) and other jewelry items that are considered to contact human microflora. We will also not accept returns on items under promotion or sales.
Humans Bali Brend Store is not responsible for delivery items lost in transit.
To issue the request for refund, fill the FORM send it to email: humansbrend@gmail.com with title “REFUND”. Be kind to explain the reason you are not satisfied with the item and attach photos as a proof.
Items must be returned to Humans Bali Brend Store within 14 days of having your ‘request for refund’. As the Item is received, Humans Bali Brend Store will process your refund to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card).
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. If another product is required then you will have to request a refund and follow the refund procedure.
SHIPPING COSTS ON REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Humans Bali Brend Store will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
